Refund and Returns Policy

At SeedCare.in, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality seeds and gardening products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You may return your item within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase or order ID is required to initiate the return.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used seed packets.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.

  • Perishable items beyond the return window.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.), we will refund the full amount including shipping charges.

  • If the return is due to customer error, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at care@seedcare.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of delivery.
