At Seedcare, we take pride in the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product received is damaged, broken, or leaking
• You received the wrong product or wrong quantity
• The product is expired or near expiry (less than 30 days remaining)
• The product quality does not match our stated standards

Non-returnable items:

• Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
• Products returned without original packaging
• Perishable items beyond 7 days of delivery
• Orders placed during sale/discount events (exchange only)

2. How to Initiate a Return

2. Share your Order ID and a clear photo or video of the damaged/wrong product
3. Our team will review within 24-48 hours
4. Once approved, we arrange reverse pickup at no cost to you

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchange available for same product or product of equal value
• Request within 7 days of delivery
• Exchanged product dispatched within 2-3 business days after return received

5. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: Cancel within 2 hours of placing order for full refund.

After Dispatch: Cannot cancel. Initiate return after delivery.

6. Damaged in Transit

If package arrives damaged, take a photo/video immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange full replacement or refund at no cost.
